The CPrice Tag Affiliate Program lets Sellers promote their products through Affiliates (Promoters) and pay them a commission on each sale.
End-to-End Flow
Go to Dashboard > Affiliates > Settings to set commission rate, cookie duration, minimum payout, auto-approve, and more.
Enter your name and email on the signup link shared by the seller. No CPrice Tag account needed. If auto-approve is enabled, you can start right away.
Once approved, share your unique referral link on social media, blogs, email, and more.
When a visitor clicks the referral link, the click is automatically recorded and attributed to the promoter for the configured duration (default 30 days).
When the visitor purchases a product through the CPrice Tag widget, the sale is automatically linked to the referral.
Once payment is complete, the system automatically records the conversion and calculates the commission. The conversion stays in 'Pending' status until the seller approves it.
Go to Dashboard > Affiliates > Conversions to approve pending conversions or mark them as refunded.
Manual: Click the 'Pay Out' button in the dashboard for instant payout. Automatic: Enable auto-settle to process payouts on a set day each month.
Access /affiliate/dashboard, authenticate via Magic Link email, and view clicks, conversion rate, earnings, and payout history.
Key Concepts
Commission Calculation Priority
When a conversion occurs, the commission rate is determined in the following order:

| 1 (Highest) | Per-Product Rate | If a custom commission rate is set for a specific product, that rate applies |
| 2 | Tier-Based Rate | Commission rate based on the promoter's performance tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold) |
| 3 (Default) | Program Default | If no other rate is configured, the program's default commission rate applies |
Cookie-Based Attribution

- When a visitor clicks a referral link, the connection to that promoter is automatically recorded
- All purchases made during the attribution window are credited to the promoter
- The default window is 30 days, and sellers can adjust it from 1 to 365 days in Settings
Tier System
Sellers can set up performance-based commission tiers:
Each time a conversion is recorded, the promoter's tier eligibility is automatically re-evaluated.

Promoter Status Flow
- Affiliates tab: View applications, approve or suspend promoters
- PENDING โ APPROVED: Grants the promoter access to start promoting
- APPROVED โ SUSPENDED: Pauses the promoter's activity

- Conversions tab: View all conversion records
- PENDING โ APPROVED: Commission is confirmed
- PENDING โ REFUNDED: Commission is cancelled (e.g., due to a refund)
4. Process Payouts
Click "Pay Out" in the Payouts tab
to send an instant payout to a specific promoter
Enable Auto Settle to process payouts on a set day
each month for all promoters above the minimum payout threshold

- Assets tab: Upload banners, text links, and email templates
- Promoters can download or copy marketing assets from their dashboard
- Uploaded assets are securely validated before being made available

After activating your program, copy the promoter signup link from your dashboard and share it.
Promoter Guide
1. Sign Up
No CPrice Tag account required
- Click the signup link provided by the seller
- Enter your name and email to apply
- If auto-approve is enabled you can start immediately; otherwise, wait for the seller to approve your application
2. Using Your Referral Link
Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link. You can copy it from your dashboard.

- Commissions accumulate as the seller approves your conversions
- Once your accumulated earnings reach the minimum payout amount (minPayout), you become eligible for a payout
- The seller sends payouts manually or automatically via Stripe Transfer

Q: Do promoters need a CPrice Tag account?
No. Promoters sign up with just their name and email, and authenticate via Magic Link.
Q: How do I receive payouts?
The seller sends payouts directly to promoters via Stripe Transfer. Payouts can be processed manually or automatically (monthly).
Q: How long does the attribution window last?
The default is 30 days. Sellers can adjust it anywhere from 1 to 365 days.
Q: What happens if the same visitor clicks multiple times?
Clicks from the same visitor are recorded only once per day. Duplicate clicks are automatically filtered out.
Q: How is the commission rate determined?
Per-product rate takes priority, followed by the tier-based rate, and finally the program default rate.
